Meet Hilliary

Hilliary Heard has been baking since childhood and professionally for over eight years, creating thousands of custom desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Diagnosed with Celiac in 2022, she founded Fête of Flavor to change the mindset of gluten-free, proving it can be equally indulgent and delicious. With a background in science and nonprofit leadership, her greatest joy is teaching and inspiring others, especially the next generation, to see food as fun, approachable, and full of connection.
